We will personally check Dr. De Mel's schedule and confirm a slot that is convenient for you.

Get Your Comprehensive First Consultation

50 - 60 mins * | 150 €

In this in-depth online session, Dr. De Mel will conduct a full diagnosis of your health. This includes a detailed discussion, and where possible remotely, elements of Ayurvedic assessment to understand your unique constitution.

You will receive:

• A clear analysis of your health issues.
• A personalized food plan.
• A plan for 100% natural Ayurvedic supplements custom-tailored to you, should you wish.

Step 3

Follow-up & Sustained Support

30 mins * | 75 €

Health is a continuous journey. We recommend a follow-up consultation every 4 weeks to assess your progress, adjust your plan, and provide ongoing guidance for lasting well-being.

Please note: Payment is securely processed via PayPal or direct bank transfer.
